Welcome to PolyDocs, a service provided by ALT-F1, located in Brussels, Belgium.
PolyDocs offers voice-to-text transcription and voice-command services across platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, and Signal.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Service Overview
PolyDocs allows users to convert voice notes from messaging platforms into text and enables voice-driven commands to third-party applications. This service includes:
PolyDocs services are hosted in ALT-F1 data centers located in Germany. For enterprise clients, PolyDocs can be deployed in the public cloud, a private cloud, or on-premises data centers.
By using PolyDocs, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored in the European Union (EU), subject to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of PolyDocs, you agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

ALT-F1 aims to maintain PolyDocs services at the highest possible availability. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Maintenance and updates may occasionally disrupt service access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ALT-F1 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the PolyDocs service.
9. Termination
